Our belief that diverse voices can be the strongest and resonate widely has been proven many times over by our incredibly talented creatives.

We ask that you support us in our efforts to make sure that we look at every area of production, from our cast, crews, vendors, and every place that our productions have influence, to make sure that we are represented fully by diverse voices. Sometimes that will require us to take a chance on people. We have seen how many times that has benefited our community and hopefully you see it in yours.

A true commitment to Diversity & Inclusion must look at all under-represented groups – gender, race, sexual identification, disabilities, and socio-economic disadvantages. We support the many groups that are helping us to train and give access and opportunities to people including: Bid Different, ELAM, Just Runners, STEP’s, Creative Access, Girlgaze, Iconic Steps, Brixton Finishing School, The KUSP, We Are POCC, Mama Youth, The Other Box, and Shiny.
