MORE ABOUT MAMA

MAMAMIA was founded in response to an evolving advertising landscape. Mia recognised that the traditional agency–production relationship was shifting: briefs are increasingly driven by volume, scale and agility.

 

Seeing an opportunity to collaborate across multiple production companies and build bespoke rosters, she launched MAMAMIA to meet the moment with creativity and flexibility.​

 

Across her career, Mia has worked with many of the most respected names in advertising and production, including Caviar as Head of New Business and Executive Producer, and PRETTYBIRD as Head of Business and Strategy, where she played key roles in the companies’ growth and long-term success.

Additional roles include developing the commercial arm of Sir Steve McQueen’s production company, Lammas Park, as well as positions at agencies such as MullenLowe and iris Worldwide.

 

A strong advocate for change, Mia actively champions marginalised and under-represented voices, working with initiatives including Bid Different, East London Arts and Music School, the Shiny Awards, and Common People.
